Aaron Goldstein, CPA

Partner

Aaron Goldstein CPA, Managing Member, has close to 40 years of experience in a broad range of accounting, tax and consulting roles for businesses and individuals. As founder of Goldstein & Loggia, CPA’s, LLC, Aaron has played the principal role in the development of the firm, which has grown with about 20 staff to become a respected and widely recognized firm in Central New Jersey.


Experience

In addition to his management responsibilities for the firm, Aaron is sought-after for his decades of experience in consulting on variety of issues affecting businesses, (manufacturing, franchises, construction, service and as a mentor for startup companies), as well as his creative approach to solving problems and executing critical business decisions and aiding clients in tax planning strategies.


Education

Aaron received his BBA in Accounting and his MS in Taxation from Pace University and is a member of the AICPA and the NYS Society of CPA’s.

Ralph Loggia, CPA

Partner

Ralph leads the firms tax department. He has been in the field of public accounting for over 25 years, working with a wide variety of business and individual tax clients. He enjoys assisting clients, colleagues and friends in all matters relating to tax and his favorite is staying on top of the consistently changing tax laws in order to provide tax planning to clients to help minimize their tax liability. Ralph has a track record of delivering effective tax consulting and advisory services to clients.

Education & Licenses

Ralph is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both NY & NJ and received his BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College and his Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Rutgers University.


Volunteer Work

Ralph is currently the Treasurer at The Foundation for Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools and has been the Treasurer since 2010


Ralph has participated in the Pay-it-Forward program through the NJ Society of CPAs speaking annually to high school accounting students

Ralph enjoys playing basketball, football, baseball and pickle ball.

David Lewis, CPA

Partner

David Lewis is a Partner at Goldstein & Loggia with over 20 years of experience in public accounting providing individual, partnership and corporate taxation services. In addition to his background in taxation, David also has extensive experience in accounting and auditing for small and middle market businesses. David prides himself on a strong work ethic and his unique ability to assist the firm’s clientele with their financial needs.

Beyond Goldstein & Loggia

When not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He loves to bowl, fish with his son, paint with his daughter, and being involved in their extracurricular activities.

Children and teens with special needs and their families benefit from a wide array of innovative respite, social, and recreational programs. The Volunteer Club motivates, inspires and enriches the lives of the teen mentors.
